One representative from each sponsor organization will vote at the HCHR General Meeting (via zoom), Wednesday, December 13, 5:15 PM. We'll be approving the budget, and voting on the HCHR 2024 Policy Agenda.

Please do the following to prepare for the meeting:

1)   Use this easy form to confirm your organization's designated voter and register them to vote at the meeting.

2) Review the draft 2024 HCHR Policy Agenda after it's sent out on November 29th.  It's close to being finalized and like last year, we will email an updated version in early December. It will feature many items from 2023 HCHR Policy Agenda, with updated language and goals, along with a few new items presently being finalized in our Policy Committee.

3) Read through our budget report which will be sent to you by December 7th, for approval at the General Meeting.

A Steering Committee member will reach out before December to check in to confirm that your organization will be able to participate.
